David holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Mental Health Counseling from Alfred University. With extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults, David supports individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), ADHD, mood disorders, self-confidence issues, and more.
David employs a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and crisis intervention. His goal is to provide compassionate, effective care that empowers clients to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.
