Jordana is a compassionate and experienced mental health therapist who holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn LIU and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She specializes in working with individuals aged 13 and older, providing personalized support for those navigating anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, adjustment challenges, school-related issues, family conflict, and career counseling. Jordana employs a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, Strength-Based approaches, and Positive Psychology.
